What is the highest compliment a client has given to you?

“We had unexpected challenges last year but we have an outstanding C-suite, and it is really paying off in the crisis. Thank you for that.”

What do you like most about your work?

Helping people sleep better at night. The opportunity…and responsibility…to help guide clients and candidates as they make critical decisions impacting the personal and professional lives of themselves and others. High-achievers often want a clear path; an obvious decision. There is rarely only one right answer. Sometimes it’s a matter of helping others work through questions and concerns to identify the risk worth taking.

What do you do to de-stress or have fun?

Sailing is the ultimate stress reliever. Water and wind create the perfect cocktail to unwind.

Fun requires movement, and in my case that means dancing. Fortunately, I married a man with a sailboat who likes to dance. Our favorites are West Coast Swing and Country and Western, with a little Cumbia and Salsa thrown in.
