What’s the highest compliment a client can give you?

That the person we found is exactly who they had in mind when they envisioned the right candidate for the position.

What do you think is the most difficult part of executive search, and how do you respond to it?

Some candidates have more experience in one aspect but not in another, and a different candidate will have the opposite experience. Finding a candidate with the particular qualifications we need can be a challenge, but it is so exciting when we find them.

What’s the best piece of advice (personal or professional) you’ve ever received?

Think of the position you want to have when you retire. Find people who currently occupy that role, then find out what they did to get there.
